"We absolutely loved staying here. Our kids and family had a blast and we did not even need to leave the room much. It was comfortable and homey. Great communication and cleanliness overall. Would absolutely book this again. "

"There was no staff. Room was not very clean. Everything old and outdated. Extremely small TV hard to navigate channels. Not comfortable mattresses or pillows. Not one person on site of this huge condominium building, so no one to direct you to your room or concessions or restaurants or be any of assistance with any question that you may have on site. Overall disappointing experience. "

"Messaged host multiple days before check-in, never answered, got there at check-in time still didn't have door code or room number had to call VRBO and wait about 15min for host to finally message me info. Couch was falling apart and bunch of crumbs under cushions. Went to clean dishes we used and no dish cloths, soap, or scrubbers to clean pans and no dish washer detergent to run them in dishwasher. One of drawers in bedroom had previous guests clothes still in it. Was here in early 2025 and everything was great but must have new owner now. If u book this thru VRBO u don't have access to chula vista water park as they changed there policy to only allow guests in water park that book thru Chula Vista so had to drive to different park to swim/play. "

"Over-all the room was excellent, just a few things that were missing. The kitchen is very well stocked, i did have to wash a few things that were put away dirty. The unit didnt have a cutting board or peeler but other than that had everything we needed. While looking at other reviews guests had mentioned about the light shining in the master bedroom and no black out curtains, upon arrival there are now black out curtains but it doesnt make a differnce at all, the room is still bright like its the middle of the day. I did bring extra curtains and tape (like reviews said) to hang up to make it darker which helped! Responses from management took about 3 days so that is frustrating but other than that the room was great! "
