Natura Vue Resort & Boathouse

"I would definitely stay again, but I will make a few notes for new visitors. I purchased the cheapest room I could, basic 2 queen beds for a family of 4. They don't include making your bed during room service, although after inquiring about it they did do so the rest of our stay without prompting. The in room coffee makers are junk. The first one on arrival was clearly missing pieces. I had it replaced and it leaked. We gave up on the coffee maker. Plus, that coffee isn't good anyway. The boathouse has a Starbucks and that worked for us. The soap dispensers are hard to squeeze, just remove the soap and squeeze the bottle. Towel delivery different amounts each time, which is odd. But the room had the basics we needed, which was a fridge, microwave, beds and bathroom. The washing machine was down when we stayed, so they only have one machine on site. We weren't expecting fancy. Definitely worth it when it includes the water park and Timbavati. The walk from the train station to the hotel is the river walk, which is beautiful. Near the main stripe, very walkable to most of what we wanted to see and do. They will NOT hold your luggage after checkout like some hotels will, so be ready between check out and your transportation to carry around your luggage unless you drove there. My youngest enjoyed the outdoor pool before we left, I wish we had more time to check out more things available to us. Kids loved their Waterpark."
