Located in the heart of the charming medieval village of Apricale, this recently renovated apartment offers a stay that combines authenticity, elegance, and comfort.
Inside, materials such as wood, exposed beams, original stone, and terracotta floors create warm, refined, and timeless spaces, inspired by the atmosphere of villages of yesteryear.
The apartment is spread over two staggered levels: a spacious, sun-drenched kitchen—perfect for entertaining—with two windows offering breathtaking views of the village and the surrounding mountains, and a bright living area, also with a view. The living area features two sofa beds.
The bedroom, which also has a window, overlooks the village’s characteristic narrow alleys, while the elegant and functional bathroom is accessible from both the bedroom and the kitchen.
The home has a private entrance and the convenience of being able to drive right up to the front of the house, with parking available nearby.
At the entrance to the apartment is a small private patio, furnished with a fold-up hanging table and two comfortable chairs: a cosy outdoor corner, ideal for breakfast, an aperitif with a panoramic view, or simply a moment of pure relaxation in the quiet of the village.
The main square, with its traditional bars and restaurants, is just a couple of minutes’ walk away through the charming medieval alleyways. There is an ATM in the square, and a supermarket and pharmacy are just a short walk away
All rooms are furnished with original antique pieces, finely restored, that tell a storey and help create a unique experience.
For guests’ safety, there is a fire extinguisher and a carbon monoxide detector.
The house features Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms, a washing machine, an ironing board, an iron, and a hair dryer.
We organise, for a fee, tours by both electric and regular mountain bikes, as well as hiking excursions.
