Room was clean and fresh, the bath and sink could do with a bit of refurbishment. Staff friendly and helpful. Easy check in. Breakfast selection very good. Cooked breakfast could of been a little hotter.

Royal Maritime Hotel
The corridors, room and swimming pool / sauna areas were terrible. No warnings that the property was undergoing refurbishment. Guest services were rude invading personal space. Communication was poor. Sauna switched off and wasn't advised it takes 15 minutes to heat up.

Village Hotel Portsmouth
room was lovely and clean, just what was needed for an overnight, the bar a lovely space to sit and chat, food looked great but we didnt have any.

1902 chapel. Family & pet friendly. Parking & garden.
Our second stay at this converted chapel, very comfortably and tastefully decorated with quirky individual touches. The owner is a joy to deal with.

Small but well managed pool with bookings for free sessions, evening entertainment excellent and plenty of beautiful dog walking space linking up easily to the King Charles III coastal path walk.
