Maisonette in the heart of the Luberon

A small friendly house, independent and fully equipped, located on the heights of Apt, in a very quiet environment.

The view is clear north side on Apt and its surroundings, the Ventoux and the surrounding small typical villages.

The house is 1km from the city center and its many shops, its peasant market and pedestrian streets.

The dining room and kitchen are equipped with:

A large living room with air conditioning, with its sofa bed can sleep 2 people, an armchair, coffee table, television and its French window overlooking the terrace.

The bathroom has a sink, shower, toilet and washing machine.

The bedroom includes a 140 bed, a storage cabinet.

The terrace facing south enjoys a very good sun.
It is slightly covered in summer to bring a minimum of shade.

Excellente

Maison agréable. Endroit calme. En hauteur de Apt. Accueil des propriétaires génial. Des personnes d'une gentillesse et serviables. Vraiment un séjour à renouveler. En effet les sites à visiter sont nombreux et il faut plusieurs jours pour les admirer. Donc une maison idéale pour faire les visites.

Séjour impeccable.

Le logement est idéalement situé, dans la ville d'Apt au coeur du Luberon. Commerces à 5 minutes en voiture (Leclerc, Auchan, stations services...) et centre ville d'Apt animé. Le logement est parfaitement propre, la cuisine est très bien équipée, la literie correcte, la salle d'eau est spacieuse et fonctionnelle, les 2 terrasses aménagées sont très agréables, et la rue est très calme! Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, serviables et arrangeants.

Diese Mietwohnung ist für 2 Personen angenehm

Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wohnlage ist in ruhiger Umgebung und das schöne Altstädtchen erreicht man mit gemütlichem Spaziergang in 15 Minuten. WLAN funktionierte einigermasen gut.

Ideal place....good value....relaxing....had everything we needed. Great view from the front. Sheltered patio out at the back. Charming helpful guardians next door. 10 minute walk to the centre All good.

Bon accueil et bon état du logement

Nous avons été très bien accueillis, la maison est très bien équipée et les hôtes disponibles pour nous ! L'emplacement est idéal pour les randonneurs en recherche de calme. Les commerces sont à proximité en voiture. Je recommande vivement cette location très bien aménagée.
