This beautiful accommodation will offer you gentle comfort, inviting you to spend serene and peaceful moments. Its bright 80 m² are perfect for relaxation and rest. Your private 40 m² terrace, overlooking the garden, allows you to enjoy meals under the arbor and relax in the lounge area under the covered terrace.



The owners, who are present on site, will welcome you to ensure a warm and pleasant stay.



The services are identical whether you book directly or via a platform.



We take care of the maintenance of the accommodations, the outdoor areas, cleaning, linens, and minor repairs. In a spirit of sharing, we offer a welcome aperitif together (in high season), as well as optional breakfasts and sophrology sessions, available for an extra charge.



The heated pool is accessible from May to October, with "quiet time" slots from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. and after 7 p.m. (reserved for guests over 12 years old and without noise). At other times, it is open to everyone.



The accommodation, rated 4 stars, features air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a television with streaming services, satellite, a private terrace with garden furniture, dining area, and barbecue. Bed linen and towels are provided (pool towels are available for an extra charge). Each accommodation has a covered parking space with an electric charging station.



The shared outdoor areas are used together with the owners. Access to the property is reserved for travelers only (no guests allowed).



Final cleaning does not include washing dishes, emptying the dishwasher and/or refrigerator, or taking out the trash.



The neighborhood is quiet, surrounded by vineyards, close to shops and the village of Roussillon. The property offers quick access to the most beautiful villages in the region.
