Excellent Stay for Beach Vacation

Great location and amenities

The condo was perfect for our stay in Aptos. The location is convenient for sightseeing in the area. The resort amenities (pool, hot tub, restaurant, off-site gym) were an added bonus.

Relaxing stay with all the comforts

Great Location and great host!

We were very impressed with how clean everything was! We loved the location right above the pool and the short walk to the beach. When I messaged the host with a quick questions, she answered within minutes. We hope to stay again soon!

A week on paradise

What a wonderful find. A quite, spacious condo with a beautiful view and comfortable furniture. Woild definitely recommend if you are hunting a peaceful get-away.

Great views and comfy accommodations

The views were absolutely as advertised. Very nice place in a quiet complex. Perfect for a relaxing getaway with a short walk down to the beach. The Nespresso machine came stocked with tons of pods and added to the luxury feel. Will definitely try to stay here again next time we’re out that way. Thank you Nicole!

Great Condo; Close to Ocean

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The two bedrooms and two of the bathrooms are on the second floor with the master having a balcony that faces west. The other balcony is off the living room and also faces west. The condo was very clean; I was able to walk barefoot in the condo. A short walk to a pathway near the resort’s hotel takes you to the beach. The host was very pleasant and very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

It’s a very nice, clean place. Beautiful ocean view from the first and second floors. Property manager is responsive to questions and concerns. Kitchen is pretty well equipped. Kitchen towels and cloths would be a good addition. Beach is about a 10 minute walk down a lovely path that opens to miles of beach. It’s our second time visiting and we would return. Thanks Nicole.

Fun at Seascape!

My family of four adults and a two year old enjoyed this lovely property in the Seascape complex. Nicole was extremely easy to work with and responded very quickly to any questions. The condo is perfect for enjoying the beauties of this wonderful Aptos area. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and looking out at the ocean all throughout the day. The swimming pool is within steps of the unit which is great for children. There is also a large sand area for the little ones to play in. Along with beach chairs this unit also has sand toys which were perfect for our 2 year old grandson to take advantage of the sand area. We hope to get to return to this tranquil spot soon!

Great Unit

It is a great location overall. The resort is very clean and well kept as was the unit we rented. Easy walk to the beach even with an armful of coolers and chairs. Lots of room for a family of four to relax in the unit. Plenty of recreational items provided in the room. The only thing that we would have changed is the unit overlooks the pool and hot tub which were full daily with very loud crowds. So during the day into the evening no real peace and quiet on the balconies. Had to keep the sliding doors shut at times. And we have two children with us so please don’t think we are against children playing in a pool. Just don’t want to listen to it all day.

Property looked like the pictures except that the cushions on the patio chairs outside the master were shredded on both sides and there was a dirty large plastic bucket on the balcony. The listing also stated AC and there is none, just 3 portable fans. Opening the doors provided air, but the group next door smoked cigars on their balcony which blew into our unit forcing us to close the doors. The entire complex lost power 4 times while we were there for 1-3 hours each time, either first thing in the morning when trying to get ready for the day or evening. Property management needs to make sure codes and contacts are accurate for the stay (wrong pool code and inaccurate information regarding keys). The location is good.We won’t stay here again, the constant loss of power was too disruptive.

Trip to Seascape

Very nice location and seascape resort is beautiful. Condo number 12 does have a small ocean view which the ocean is down below this condo sits on a bluff. The pool is very handy in the condo. There’s two bedrooms one with a queen size bed, and one with a king. They were very comfortable. The bathrooms were fine except they gave you one hand towel and they had a whole bunch of bath towels, but they had zero washcloths so if you’re coming to this property, make sure you bring your own washcloths, in fact, you will need to bring kitchen towels, a kitchen rag and sponge and your washcloth. They had none of those. It’s a typical Santa Cruz property. They do the minimum maintenance. It is worn in places and you can tell but it is very comfortable kitchen is very dysfunctional. You cannot get under the sink with the dishwasher open , and there are two potholders good luck finding them. Small couch in the living room that pulls out into a bed that somebody could sleep on overall we had a great time it serve the purpose, but just kind of disappointed on some of the amenities that you get at regular hotels for less money and you didn’t get it this location .

Seascape was absolutely amazing. Aptos was a great location to enjoy both Santa Cruz and Monterey. The highlight was looking out the condo and seeing humpbacks right outside!The condo was very clean and comfortable. The beach accessories and beach towels were very nice to have supplied. The grind were beautiful and views were fantastic. We highly recommend staying here. The hosts were very quick to respond to questions and were extremely helpful.
