Remodeled Beach House w/Roof Top & Deck Ocean View

Unique Ocean view property with all the amenities!

The house has four distinct levels. The roof top deck gives sweeping ocean views from Carmel to Pleasure Point. Sunbathe or enjoy an evening glass of wine or beverage while watching the Monet inspired sunrise/sunset with oranges and pinks. In the evening take in the stars and admire the silvery moon and Venus.

The upper level stretches out onto a deck with an ocean view. Sip your morning coffee/tea while watching the sun rise. Settle into the plush velvet couches while viewing your favorite sports team, movie or tickle the ivories on the baby grand piano. The kitchen`s glass tile reflects the ocean`s blues and greys complimenting the Ukrainian granite counters. There is also a cozy sitting area on the way to the rooftop stairs…a place to daydream or to cuddle up with a favorite book.

The first level is for dreaming & playing ping pong or foosball! The bedrooms are on this ground level. The showers are kind for those over 6 feet, because the counters and shower heights are higher than the standard. There is also an LG washer and dryer that play fanciful tunes for you when they`re done! The attached deck has a ping pong table and stairs leading down to the lower area.

The private lower level has a spa for soaking, a seating area and a chiminea…a perfect place to unwind at night with a glass of wine and s`mores for the kids.

House rules: Quiet hours begin at 10pm. Therefore no use of the hot tub after 10pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors as this is a residential neighborhood.

It is truly an inspiring place and our hope is to replicate part of it here in Seacliff to inspire and encourage people to pursue their dreams ....especially those that encourage good in the world.

The house is a short two blocks stroll to Beach Gate Path and is within walking distance to Manuel`s, Marianne`s Ice cream, Aptos Coffee Roasting, Persephone`s and the Village of Aptos.

There is something for everyone - Over 20 miles of contiguous beaches, hiking trails at Nicene Marks State Park, Bike trails, wineries, breweries, beach boardwalk, paddle boarding, surfing and even a new skateboard/mountain bike park nearby. Take scenic day trips to Carmel, Monterey and San Francisco.

  • Nice, long hike today. Went down the Bridge Creek Trail, and then to Maple Falls. About an 8-mile total hike. Redwoods everywhere you look, and a deep dark forest that gave lots of 'mood'. Great location

Great location just down the street from Marianne’s ice cream and Seacliff Beach. Comes with plenty of boogie boards for many to enjoy. Enjoyed our stay.

Aptos Beach house with ocean view

Great home for a family getaway with all the amenities. Location made it very easy to access the beach path. Numerous decks and patio with great views from the top. Would definitely stay again.

Great family home!

It was a great home for a family with foosball, ping pong and the hot tub. The location was great since we walked to the beach and ice cream shop. Aptos is between Santa Cruz and Monterey so we went to the aquarium

This house was very comfortable. The outdoor space was magnificent. Unfortunately we didn’t have the time to enjoy it! I would stay again for sure!

Convenient location to beach, freeway and shops.Nicely decorated multi level home, worked well for our 13, 7 and 2 years old, they found their own space to hang out. Many kitchen appliances and coffee pods were available. We cooked breakfast and dinner at home. Overall we are pleased to found this home, basic condiments were stocked!Bedrooms are on the bottom floor, felt little humid there but I believe that’s nature of being in the coastal area, we used to have home in Aptos.

Family Time!

The house was the perfect setting for our family to gather together. Lots of outdoor seating, rooftop views, hanging in the hot tub, or playing board games next to the fire. Thank you for creating a beautiful space for us to connect together.

Family Aptos stay

The home was as described. Had everything we needed and was well stocked. Had nice views and the hot tub was great. The location was excellent. Close to the beach, Capitola, and the Santa Cruz boardwalk. The family thoroughly enjoyed the stay The Host was great to work with and readily available to answer questions.

Excellent Aptos Location

Really comfortable stay for 8 of us, including two children ages 2 and 5. Could walk down to the beach, eat at Manuel’s, have an ice cream at Marianne’s. Had an issue with the dishwasher, and didn’t get the fastest responses from the property manager, but these were overall minor concerns.

Great get away

We booked for our anniversary. The neighborhood is very quiet. The morning marine layer wraps you like a down comforter. The views are wonderful. The hot tub and garden are very private like a small oasis. The roof top deck was sunny and inviting. The property is extremely well kept.

Aptos Beach Home

It was a pleasant home. Unfortunately there was construction next door as well as several homes down. Wanting to live in the outdoor areas, it made for an unresting experience. They were very gracious to take care of us as left a night early. It was tad chilly and there were no blankets to snuggle with. Bonus though, plenty of bathing towels! Comfortable beds & pillows. Very damp area so seating was always wet outdoors and house had a "closed up" smell due to dampness. Could also use some new pans to cook with. No warm water in the lower bath. Lucky I cold plunge so didn't bother me! Beautiful walk to beach & Manuels Restaurant. A must eat!

House stay

Nice property.The weather prior was rain, the ping pong table and the foosball were located under the deck above. All had water pooling as well as the paddles and balls floating in an old tub of water along with the mesh net and rusty clamps to attach all were slimy. We cleaned everything up and put paddles etc out to dry. Would have been easy to have those inside and taken care of for guests use.. the all cushions for the outdoors were soaked we also laid them in the sun to dry. Why were these cushions not covered or kept inside. This was expensive and could have had much better maintenance. We also had a leaking refrigerator that took my sons an hour to try to mitigate. We left towels in the remover night knowing this would be a mess in the morning. Disappointed but could be very nice if the maintenance was better inside and out.

Super nice family vacation home. Full convenient kitchen, clean spa like bathrooms and comfortable beds. Enjoyed the hot tub while the kids played fuse ball or ping pong. Lots of nice views warm sun and BBQ on top deck. Days of beach time and walks to Marianne’s ice cream.

Most Amazing Place

The 4 of us hadn't been together in over a year and this was the perfect place to catch up. This place has everything you could want to spend time with friends. We all commented on how comfortable the beds were and how well we slept. The kitchen is well stocked with a great variety of dishes, pots and pans, cooking utensils and serving pieces. We enjoyed the hot tub and s'mores toasted in the chiminea, morning coffee on the rooftop deck, curling up with a book in the outdoor corner sofa and a salmon dinner cooked on the Traeger grill. We added an additional night to our stay because the house was so comfortable, we had to stay another night. We all agreed we needed to plan a fall get together and it needs to be here. You will not be disappointed with your stay here.

We had a very nice time. The house was clean and was amazing. The notes around the house were helpful. The only thing was it had a musty oder. The keep the windows open, and it help for a little. Other than that, it was great.

Great place for families.

What a wonderful stay we had! Communication with the host was fast and check in was super easy. We traveled with my parents (in their 60s), my siblings (24-40), and our kids (ages 1-8). There was something for everyone to enjoy. The beach is close, though there were too many stairs to hike down for some of the older/younger folks. It was quick and easy to get to for most of us though. Ping pong was a hit. The fire pit was a lovely touch. Loved that there were beach chairs and boogie boards to borrow. We couldn’t get the jets on the spa to work, so that was a bummer but overall everything was great! Something to keep in mind, the house is multilevel so if stairs are an issue this isn’t for you. And downstairs, where the bedrooms are gets pretty cold, there are heaters if you need them but we could have used one for each bedroom (3 rooms, only two heaters). If you’re on the fence about this one, book it. It was a really nice place to stay.
