"The room was very clean and spacious. Perfect for a family of four. The only negative was we found mildew/mold in the ceiling over the front door but we saw it the morning we were leaving so it didn't affect our stay. There was no time to stress about what it really was."

"I honestly don’t understand some of the negative reviews for this hotel because my experience has been the complete opposite. Abdul, the manager, has been incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating from the moment we arrived. I traveled with my 6-year-old son and our two dogs, and he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their guests the way he does. The rooms are clean, the hotel is family-friendly, and there’s always someone available 24 hours a day if you need anything. My son has felt comfortable here, and the staff has been nothing but kind and helpful throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a clean, affordable place with outstanding customer service, I would absolutely recommend staying here. Thank you, Abdul, for making our stay such a pleasant experience, we truly appreciate your kindness and hospitality!"

"So an ocean front room wasn’t exactly what I was expecting because the window opens out to where everybody walks past the door so I didn’t really keep the curtains open to even look at the ocean because there were always people walking by. I had to move rooms because my booking got split between two different rooms, which I didn’t know until the last minute, but whatever ended up in a private balcony room that was better cause at least I could keep the curtains open although the view is the side of the building you can kind of see the ocean so I probably wouldn’t stay there again just because it’s a block away from the boardwalk I like to stay on the boardwalk so I just walk out into the middle of everything but that’s just my preference"

"For 4 adult men the house worked out well. We aren’t picky and just need a place to stay while we are working in the area. It was pet friendly and had enough space and everything was close by. The host responded quickly and got the house ready for us on last minute. No complaints ."

"Overall our stay was good. I went with my sister and stayed 1 night. The room was very nicely air-conditioned which was wonderful because it was very hot. We showed up a little early before check in and was able to speak with the front desk and get a parking pass which I was completely grateful for. The location was nice. It is one block off the boardwalk and right near the beach access. I would stay again. The pool was crystal clear and looked well maintained."

"Well upon arrival was almost charged way over what was quoted. Beach tags not available when it says they are. No ice machine! Room had a slight smell and AIR CONDITIONER not working right. Also you have to go to another office to check in Sea Gem office not open and no one available at that property. But I will say that it is very close to beach and all in all had a wonderful time with my granddaughters. Would choose again now that I know the right way to do things at this property. Enjoy your stay"

"The Room was clean and acceptable. Only issue was there was nowhere to put toiletries in the shover and no Wash cloths were provided. Staff was very friendly. Parking was an issue as it appears the property didn't have enough parking spaces to accommodate all on the units."
