"This property appears to have remodeled and non remodeled apartments. Apt 9 is not remodeled and on the third floor ( no elevator). The bath and bedroom ceilings slope and are dangerous for anyone over 6’. They claim it has three twin beds but it’s really two twins and a cot. This apt comes with no hand soap ( I’ve stayed in hotels in Cambodia and Laos that provide hand soap), no dish soap, no sponge or dish towel to clean dishes ( kitchen did have one hand towel. Kitchen did have basic dishes and pans but if you rent here make such you bring all basic kitchen and bath items ( salt /pepper, paper towels, condiments, sponge, hand soap and shampoo because they provide no extras. You get one roll of toilet paper ( no extra found) so you may want to bring it. Also check out time was 9:30! You have to go downtown to a business to get keys. It does have parking. There is a laundry and market very close. "

"If you're going to Livigno and you don't book this place, you truly will be missing out. It was by far the best place we stayed in a two week motorcycle journey through the Alps and Dolomites.
The location is perfect. The host was great to work with evening helping us with dinner reservations. The house was better than we could have imagined. It's very modern with 5 bedrooms each having their own bathroom, and a complete personal spa downstairs with steam, sauna, hot tub and pool and more.
Once more people find out about this place it will become very difficult to book. An amazing place for a great price. Book this property and you will thank me later."
