The 25 m² apartment includes an additional 15 m² of space with ceiling height under 1.80 m. Located on the 2nd floor with elevator access (3rd floor from the front), it features an east-facing balcony.
Sleeping arrangements include a living room with a double sofa bed, and a closed mezzanine divided into two areas: one with two single beds and a flat screen, and a children's area with two additional single beds.
The bathroom is separate from the toilet. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, two induction hobs, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and Nespresso coffee machine (Magimix).
