"Excellent hotel the staff were super friendly and couldn’t do enough for you, breakfast was really enjoyable with plenty of selection, location is a 10min walk to the center, plus side is the bus stop is right outside of the hotel that takes you straight to the telecabine"
"Be careful booking this location the room and resort were great but our building was under separate ownership which meant it was fully self catered the there were no towels no sheets for the beds only the duvet and pillows which were stained and not pleasant to sleep on. We found a cockroach in one of the kitchen appliances and there was no way of getting service from reception as they had nothing to do with the building/room. Be careful staying here "
"Love the hotel and its packman vibe. Our room was so nice and comfortable. I would for sure stay there again and recommend- it was close to everything as we has a car rental. "
"Wonderful hotel with a great private spa area. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. The breakfast was fantastic, with French pastries, freshly brewed coffee, fresh fruit, and lots of little extras. Highly recommend this place to everyone, who would like to relax in the French alps. Pierre & Vacances Premium Flaine Les Terrasses d'Eos
10/10 Excellent
"This is a great place for a visit to the mountains with (if you book this type of room) amazing views of the mountains in Flaine. The refurbished rooms were brilliant; big, ample storage, clean, well furnished kitchen) and the location is a nice walk into the village. The parking was easy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will be coming back."
Résidence Pierre et Vacances Premium Flaine Les Terrasses d'Hélios
10/10 Excellent
"Good residence for the family. We booked the top of the range suite, had 2 bathrooms. All the conveniences were there except a washing machine but fine for a stay less than a week.
The property was very clean when we checked in and we returned it in a fairly clean state.
The spa is good and the putside hot tub with views of the mountains is spectacular. "
"I have stayed at this hotel previously on five occasions. It is convenient to the ski slopes and in the centre of Flaine. The ski boot room is heated and secure. Last few weeks in the season are AI. Top two floors are exclusive to Crystal, the other half of the hotel is split between French or other European groups. The entertainment is French orientated which some UK visitors really enjoyed. Rooms are great with mostly balconies and very good bathrooms, This year the quality of the food (adult food) at dinner times was really poor and repetitive. Desserts were excellent! Maybe pizza/pasta every night is fine for families wishing something simple, which was for us when we had young children. There was no orange juice for breakfast for example, otherwise breakfast was decent. Staff were very hard working and helpful. One hot tub was a cold tub, one empty.
Our biggest issue was that we booked a room for 7 nights, yet the hotel decided to close early and left us to arrange another hotel for our final night with a few weeks notice . Expedia were of zero help. MMV offered another resort, however we had transfers, lift passes and ski hire all arranged. MMV added additional stress that was avoidable, it is not easy to make a hotel change during a ski holiday, moving all the equipment somewhere else. We were refunded one nights stay. The neighbouring hotel Totem was exceptionally accommodating, allowing free early check in(6pm at MMV) and use of their boot room the night before. "
"Basic, be prepared to make your own beds (linen provided but double bed’s flat sheet was too small), and clean the apartment.
Limited toilet paper and no toiletries.
Ski locker corridor, cold swimming pool.
Good location, next to Flaine Forêt ski lifts. There is a spar and ski rental, esf ski lesson shop within 5 mins walk."
"No joining instructions were sent prior to arrival. The resort had no idea of the booking because it was a private apartment rented out on Hotels.com by another company. I had to call to get someone to tell me how to gain access to the apartment. The resort were going to charge me for parking but I showed that the listing stated parking was included. When we got into the apartment there were no towels or bedding. Had to call again. Was told that the listing stated that this was not included. That is not true. I had to go to the resort and ask to rent towels and bedding which cost an additional EU 47 and I had to pay a cash deposit (which I did not have). Then during the stay the hot water tank started making loud noises all night that kept us awake. In the morning the tank had leaked water all over the floor. I turned the electricity supply to the tank off for safety reasons. Informed the management company about the problem. They did not respond. Left very disappointed with the entire experience. This is the worst experience I have had in the many hotels.com bookings I have had over many years. "
