4/5 - Good
Good ski but very uninspiring village

Very helpful and friendly staff. Made us feel very welcome. Hotel location is ideal for ski shop and getting the gondola to the slopes. Hi quality buffet and breakfast.

Basic, be prepared to make your own beds (linen provided but double bed’s flat sheet was too small), and clean the apartment. Limited toilet paper and no toiletries. Ski locker corridor, cold swimming pool. Good location, next to Flaine Forêt ski lifts. There is a spar and ski rental, esf ski lesson ...

This is a great place for a visit to the mountains with (if you book this type of room) amazing views of the mountains in Flaine. Good ski but very uninspiring village
Great self contained ski area and pretty so sure but ugly as sin
Great ski area when it is fully open. We had bad weather at the end of the trip and many of the lifts were closed meaning we were unable to access the rest of the Grand Massif so very limited ski area
Dont go during holidays. Ensure you hire comfy ski boots. Plan out what you are going to do i.e. not many bars and ensure you book restaurants as they get busy and can turn you away.
Did the job but wouldn't rush back to either hotel or resort
We love Flaine as a resort. It is a fabulous ski resort for families and groups of friends with friendly habitants and villagers. There is an excellent snow record with fantastic variety of runs, easy access and an excellent choice of restaurants.
