"Lovely apartment hotel, set away from Main Street which is very busy and could be noisy. Staff were very helpful, medical centre and ski hire also very easy to access. Stayed in Sveta block and skied straight from boot room. 5min walk to restaurants & grocers. Bonus Spa for down days."

"The apartment was clean and neat. Staff were friendly. Stay was very comfortable Should have added more plugs. No place to plug on the toaster/kettle. You have to unplug the tv/light to plug them in and keep them on floor The main issue was there was no wifi. We booked through hotels.com who told there was free wifi. But the receptionist told the details were not changed even though it was informed several times."

I had to arrive late at the accommodation for work and called 4 or 5 times in advance to ask how to check in, but the answer machine always answered and no one answered the phone. When we arrived at the facility late at night, we could not locate the reception desk and had no choice but to stay at another hotel nearby that night. "It may look simple and small on the exterior but it was really cosy right from the lobby. Very nicely decorated and rooms were spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. Hotel staff are friendly and with a smile. Had breakfast and we enjoyed the setting and variety of food served (even though no hot food but it’s decent and delicious. good place to stay if driving into Cluses and resting for a night."

"Excellent stay, our hosts were welcoming, warm and gave us great local advice. The breakfast was also really good. We had a couple of requests where I felt our hosts went above and beyond. The location is beautiful. I would recommend you would want to have your own car - e.g. rental. I had a lot of fun road biking in the region. There are plenty of other sports as well as culture nearby. Based on the location - i.e. close to Geneva and the mountains - as well as everything else the stay offered...
