"We enjoyed a relaxing week at Niraamaya...all the staff (too many to name) ...Prasuna, Atul and Dr Aishwarya, Smita, Blessin, from the names I remember, all went out of their way to assist us with our requests and always with a smile. I especially enjoyed the nasal massage to clear up the sinuses. Our grandson loved being in the pool and the whole family liked the high tea activities. The food was fresh and tasty. We even asked for recipes to try at home. "

"The staff are outstanding and went out of their way to make the stay comfortable for my father who is on a wheelchair. Hotel and food are both fabulous. Looking forward to the hotel after refurbishment. Hope to stay there again next year."

"Loved our stay. It’s next to the largest mall Lulu mall and offers buggy service. The staff prateek( from utttarkhand) in the breakfast looked after us so well - incredible service and displayed Marriott hospitality- went out of the way to serve us. The pool was excellent and so well maintained and spa service is highly recommended- the gym trainer was excellent. Overall 5 stars. "

The room was spacious, spotless, and very well maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. The food at both the restaurant and the bar was absolutely delicious, with great variety and quality. "The food was delicious and the staff was very accommodating. I had some problems with the room. Lights were complicated and the shower was tiny. The best part of this hotel was the staff in the Indian Restaurant. They were a delight. I’ll be back in Kochi and may not stay there again but I would go and eat there anytime. "
