"This accommodation was lovely experience to be closer to nature! It was definitely beautiful. I think it would have been cooler if we had more views or landscape to look out into. Otherwise, the bathrooms and room itself were very clean. The shared amenities were lovely and to use and clean as well! Definitely a cool experience. We also drove to Selfoss food hall and had some good food and ice cream that evening. :)"

"We stayed for one night after completing the Golden Circle route. Room was great, loved the door to the outside in the room. The breakfast was great! Lots of variety! The only thing we did not like is that every other room had outside patio furniture except for us...not sure why, but would have liked that. Also, just to know there are a lot of flies outside, but it's do-able."

The amenities were top-notch, and we appreciated the little touches — from the local snacks provided to the thoughtful guide on when to expect peak aurora activity. This was one of the most unique and awe-inspiring travel experiences we’ve ever had. If you’re looking for a once-in-a-lifetime adventure that combines comfort, nature, and wonder — the Aurora Igloo is the place to be.
