Just an 8-minute walk from the city center, at the foot of the Notre-Dame d'Arcachon basilica and its famous "sailors' chapel", is this comfortable 54 m² T3 apartment, located on the first floor of a very well maintained villa, divided into several apartments. This accommodation can accommodate up to 6 people.
Upon entering, you discover a dining room/living room with a convertible corner sofa (160), a television and access to the exterior passageway. The equipped kitchen, including refrigerator with freezer compartment, traditional oven, microwave, 4 ceramic hobs, hood and dishwasher, also opens onto the exterior passageway. The corridor leads to two south-facing bedrooms: the first with two 90cm bunk beds and a cupboard/wardrobe, the second with a double bed (160) and a dressing room. You will also find a modern bathroom with walk-in shower and washer-dryer, as well as a separate toilet. The exterior passageway can be used as a balcony for a drink while enjoying the view of the Notre-Dame basilica.
The apartment benefits from an Internet connection (WIFI) common to all apartments in the villa. In excellent condition, very well equipped, with modern and refined decoration, it enjoys an ideal location: beaches and shops (Carrefour Express) less than 200 meters away, municipal market 10 minutes on foot. A parking space is available within the villa grounds. A private outdoor storeroom allows you to store bicycles, beach items and strollers.
Animals are not allowed. Household linen (sheets and bath towels) is provided. Cancellation insurance is included (optional membership) and departure cleaning is included, provided that regular maintenance has been carried out during the stay.
