Das gut ausgestattete Appartement liegt zentral zwischen Strandpromenade und dem Boulevard de la Plage mitten in belebter Umgebung. Durch die Nähe zur Strandpromenade und einer Bühne in der Fußgängerzone, die um die Ecke liegt, kann es auch mal lauter werden. Die doppelten Schiebetüren und die Rollladen bieten einen guten Schallschutz, so daß das nicht als störend empfunden wurde. Alles ist fußläufig gut erreichbar, auch der Anleger zu den Fähren. Aufzug und eigener Stellplatz vorhanden.

les biens : Accès facile (un peu "tarabiscoté" pour entrée au parking); Emplacement (centre ville : courses, restau.); vue splendide; très spacieux pour 4 adultes... moins biens : ménage de la cuisine laisse à désirer : quelques assiettes mal lavées (fromage collé); poêlle avec des traces d'omelette...les chaises de la salle à manger sont un peu bancales...et odeur persistante dans la cage d'escalier (colonnes d'évacuation bouchées ??)

Nous avons passé 4 jours dans ce logement très agréable, avec des baies vitrées sur les 2 côtés, et une superbe vue sur le bassin. Aucun problème avec l agence. Petit bémol sur l équipement de l appartement : manque de cuillères, pas de louche, ni de casseroles, pas de robinets thermostatiques ni dans la douche ni dans la baignoire, douches écossaises assurées !! Mais globalement, nous sommes ravis. Et en plus, nous avons pu amener notre chien !
