The bright living room, facing south and west, is furnished with a double sofa bed, a large television, and a dining area, with access to the south-facing balcony. The separate kitchen is equipped with a small refrigerator, a microwave, and a four-burner gas stove. The large, south- and west-facing balcony, approximately 18 m², is furnished for your comfort. A designated outdoor parking space is also provided. The secure residence features an elevator, ensuring a peaceful stay.
