Located on the 2nd floor with elevator, this 40m2 apartment features a living room with a breathtaking view, thanks to the bay windows opening onto the balcony.

- The living room features two bright, convivial areas with two sofas, a TV and a dining area.

Summer comes to life on the balcony, where you can enjoy breakfast in the rising sun, or a drink on the way back from the beach, and dinner as the sun sets.

- You'll also find a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, oven, gas stove, toaster, microwave, Nespresso machine, dishwasher and plenty of cupboards) for comfortable cooking, even on vacation.
- Next door, a bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm), an office area and a large closet will give you all the privacy you need.
- Separate shower room and WC.

The bike path and pedestrian walkway just down the road give you easy access to the city center without using your car.
So you can enjoy a peaceful stay not far from the city center by bike, or on foot, about 15 minutes to reach the famous superb market!

You can also park your car in a private parking space.

Activities :
It's hard to choose from the multitude of activities on offer in the Bay of Arcachon!
Ideally located, you can explore the charming Ville d'Hiver district, with its maze of narrow streets leading to sumptuous 19th-century villas.
At midday, let yourself be tempted by an oyster tasting in one of the Bassin's oyster-farming harbours, preferably in the port of La Teste or Gujan, or at the market 15 minutes away (bring a container if you want them to open your oysters, and don't go too late for this request!), then set off to conquer the majestic Dune du Pyla.
If you feel like taking to the open sea, there are regular boat shuttles from the Thiers jetty to Cap Ferret, Ile aux oiseaux and the famous cabanes tchanquées!
The arguin bank, transparent water, paradise on earth!
Take a trip down the Leyre to the ornithological park at Le Teich, where you can choose to be accompanied by a guide or alone with your kayak, sublime!
