We had a lovely nights stay here a few nights ago. We were kindly upgraded on arrival and had a room with a balcony which was nice. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. We appreciated the tea/coffee facilities in the room. The roof terrace is also lovely! Would definitely recommend

Great location, easy to walk to the beach. Friendly and easy check in. Room was spotless and comfortable. Great to have blackout shades. It wasn't noisy at all.

A Birthday treat
Very clean, nice towels and little extras in the shower room. Having a Fridge and kettle was a great bonus. We liked the layout of the room. We especially liked the TV hidden behind the mirror.

The staff were so friendly and helpful , we particularly liked the breakfast. We were expecting just coffee and croissants but got eggs and bacon as well, together with an array of different coffees.

Good hotel to explore Arcachon
Hotel very welcoming. Allowed us to check in early. Small room and sound proofing not perfect but otherwise very good. Lovely roof terrace.

Great hotel in the city, very clean all the rooms are brand new, small rooms but well appointed, the breakfast had everything you need, and the staff super friendly. Parking is available for 10 euros/night. Excellent value.

In a quiet area, about 15-20 minutes walk to the centre of the town. There are bars and restaurants closer. Arcachon is a fabulous place, lovely beaches, gorgeous town with quality shops and restaurants. This hotel is very modern, clean and comfortable. Standard double room (and its bathroom) is quite small though and ours was directly onto the placement and road outside. Reception is also reminiscent of a medical waiting room.

Should really be The Little Grand Atlantic Hotel
Hotel is certainly Grand in ambition but not in size so dont expect a substantial building but do expect everything to be very well done & every square centimetre to be put to good use. Under most owners this would be a shabby 2 star hotel but it shows you what a bit of imagination & vision can do as this place really punches above its weight..

Comfy hotel close to beach
Very clean, close to beach, comfy bed, good bathroom with great shower, good breakfast, friendly staff. Good roof terrace, quiet. Some other small scale amenities at the hotel, but the beach and town are the main reason to stay in Arcachon anyway.

Nice clean modern hotel, good sized room, friendly staff, aircon and possibly the best breakfast we have had in france, especially if you have been missing bacon. Only a short walk to the beach, bars and restaurants but far enough away to be quiet.

Don't be fooled by the stars...
4-star hotel?!! Three would be already a gift. I'm 5'5" and I could barely fit in the room. To leave the bed, I had to crawl in order to find more space. AC didn't work - it it was 80F outside. Awful night.

First time in this location, ideal for walking along the boardwalk into the town, lots of restaurants. I came here with my family, so 3 generations visiting for the first time. The Port area is also worth visiting.

I find the front desk staff a little snobbish but at the end accommodating. After been told that there is no restaurant near by unless I walk to the station or downtown ( by the concierge) I ordered a pizza delivered to my room because I was exhausted. The day after I find a restaurant hotel next door; 25 metres away..."The Ostrei" that seems pretty good. I don't understand why they didn't mentioned it?

Very helpful staff, fresh modern decor, small but well furnished balcony. A pool would have made for perfection. Roof terrace provided another option for sunbathing.

Best first night sleep ever
Best first night sleep ever in a hotel,very comfortable bed and the black out roller shutter keep room dark and quite. All the staff where NATURALLY friendly and very helpful. All staff at front desk had good English. Had not planned to need the kitchenette but it did come in useful. Allow about a mile from the city centre most of the walk can done alone the boardwalk and promenade. The marina is just 2 mins walk away and if you walk the road that runs parallel to the marina ( to the right from hotel) you will come across a cafe, a Boulanger and a few other shops. The roof solarium has a great 360 view and is a good place to relax.

Hotel excellent and pleasant walk along beach to town center. Breakfast bit costly but well worth it with superb selection and excellent quality. Only downside was poor window soundproofing and dustmen in street at 23.50 and again at 07.00. Get room at back away from road.

Modern, friendly hotel
Modern hotel in a very quiet street with plenty of parking, either on the street or behind in the car park. It's a short walk to the beach and the port area with bars and restaurants. The centre of town is a little further, but still not far and a nice walk along the beach. The staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The room I had was rather small, but adequate for one. Large flat screen TV, tea and coffee, a safe, a kitchenette with microwave, fridge, hob. Bathroom was also a little small but fine and included a good shower and a hairdryer. It was a bit cold to use the rooftop terrace but it had nice views across the neighbourhood and would be nice for pre-dinner drinks if warm enough. I didn't try the breakfast. The main criticism was that my room was right by the breakfast room so a little noisy early in the morning and right by the rear entrance which meant everyone could look straight into the room. It was ok so long as I kept the curtains closed - but I didn't want to block out the lovely sunlight! This wouldn't put me off staying again though and in fact I'm hoping to go back later in the year.

Very nice hotel, but a long walk to the center of
Excellent hotel. But not much happening in the neighborhood so you need to drive to the good restaurants. Beach is not far. Very helpful staff.

Disappointing
We stayed one night in a standard room in early May. The hotel is modern with some good features but generally lacks any charm. The bed was large and comfortable but left hardly any floor space in the room. The balcony was also very small. We paid extra for a sea view but i wouldn't bother another time - you mainly see houses with a few boats in the distance. Bathroom was well equipped - the best feature.
