Arcachon town center, near shops and the beach, this beautiful one-bedroom apartment is located on the 2nd floor with elevator in a quiet residence.

- A living room (TV/WIFI/140x190cm sofa bed) with a northeast-facing balcony (with furniture/table and 4 chairs)
- A bedroom (two 90x190cm beds side by side)

- A small additional room that can accommodate a crib.

Secure underground parking space No. 10, preferably a standard-sized car.
Ideally located apartment, offering all the comforts you need for a wonderful vacation on the bay.

Le parking est impraticable c’est très dommage

Très bon séjour , appartement très bien , le seul point noir c’est le parking qui est inutilisable sauf si on possède une smart ou Fiat 500, donc inutile de préciser qu’il y a un parking.
