ARCACHON, WINTER TOWN – 800 M FROM THE TOWN CENTER AND 1 KM FROM THE BEACH!
Immersed in the historic and architectural atmosphere of the Winter Town district, home to the most beautiful Arcachon residences, discover the 2-bedroom apartment called "Le Chêne." Located on the ground floor of a superb villa, this approximately 70 m² space can accommodate up to 6 people and features a private terrace and a parking space.
The living area consists of a bright living room with a sofa bed (140 cm sofa bed) and a television, as well as a west-facing dining room. The separate, fully equipped kitchen offers a dining area and access to the outdoors. A hallway leads to a bathroom and a separate toilet, while two semi-buried bedrooms, both facing east, each offer a double bed (140 cm) and a closet or wardrobe.
Enjoy the tranquility of the private terrace, surrounded by greenery, to relax. A parking space is available, with free street parking if necessary.
The apartment is meticulously equipped, including roller mosquito nets on the windows, and is easy to maintain. A laundry room shared with the adjoining apartment (T2: 1 bedroom / sleeps 4, reference 243) is available.
Pets are not allowed. White linen is not provided but can be rented through our partner LocLinge (promo code: vacances33). Cancellation insurance is included (optional membership), as is an end-of-stay cleaning service for €80, available at an additional cost. Furnished tourist accommodation classified 2 ** by Gironde Tourisme in May 2025.
