ARCACHON, WINTER TOWN – 800 M FROM THE TOWN CENTER AND 1 KM FROM THE BEACH!
In the heart of the historic Winter Town district, home to some of Arcachon's finest architecture, this 1-bedroom apartment, known as "Le Camélia," measures approximately 45 m² on the ground floor of a beautiful villa. It sleeps 4, with a terrace and parking.
Main room (west-facing): Dining area, TV, double sofa bed, kitchen area: refrigerator with freezer, 4-burner hob, microwave, dishwasher, Nepresso coffee maker, etc. - Hallway leading to a shower room - separate toilet - 1 large, east-facing bedroom (semi-buried): 1 double bed, closet/wardrobe.
Private, quiet terrace with furniture, surrounded by greenery. One parking space (free on the street if needed). Very well-equipped apartment (particularly with roll-up mosquito nets on the windows) and easy to maintain. Laundry room (with washing machine) shared with the adjoining apartment (option to rent the adjoining apartment: 2-bedroom apartment, 2 bedrooms / sleeps 6, reference 343).
Pets not allowed. Linens not provided: Available for rent through our partner LocLinge (promo code: vacances33). Cancellation insurance included (optional). End-of-stay cleaning available for €60. Furnished tourist accommodation rated 2** by Gironde Tourisme in May 2025.
