Thanks to its prime location, you have direct access to all amenities. It's close to the Thiers pier for a bike ride or a swim during our most beautiful days.
You can easily do everything on foot.
For easy parking, you have access to a private and secure parking lot next to the building.
This apartment will be ideal if you're coming by train to enjoy our Arcachon Bay.
In the entrance of this studio, you'll find numerous closets leading to the living room, which offers two beds on its 140cm sofa bed, and a 90cm sofa bed for a third. The apartment has a TV and Wi-Fi. A kitchenette is equipped with a stovetop, oven/microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and Dolce Gusto coffee maker. A small balcony for enjoying meals outdoors also offers a side view of the Arcachon Bay.
Its bathroom has a toilet and washing machine.
All shops and restaurants are nearby. For shopping enthusiasts, you're in the heart of town, and the main beach is just steps away for picnics or afternoon swimming on our beautiful days.
