Charming house of 70m2 with garden and wooden terrace of 30m2, typical of Arcachon, quiet, located at the bottom of a dead end, 300m from the beach and the port.

La maison est très agréable et bien située, à proximité de la plage. Séverine l’hôte est très disponible et nous a conseillé des restaurants pour notre séjour. Des vélos sont à disposition, permettant d’explorer les environs. Je recommande !

Très belle maison pour vacances en famille /amis

Nous avons passé des très belles vacances dans cette belle maison !! On s’est déplacés en vélos (inclus dans le prix !). L’emplacement est idéal, près de tout, mais au calme, un peu comme dans notre « petite maison (6170433) « , qu’on loue dans les Alpes Maritimes. 😀 Merci beaucoup, c’est une adresse à conseiller !!

Calme et confort

La maison correspond en tous points à la description de l’annonce. Elle est très confortable, et niveau équipements, il ne manque rien ! Jolie maison extrêmement calme bien que située proche des commerces et du port. Nous avons apprécié son aménagement intérieur et sa déco, sa terrasse très agréable et sans vis à vis. Mention spéciale aux propriétaires accueillants et disponibles. Il ne manque rien sauf peu être le wifi et un toilette à l étage. Rien qui puisse dissuader de louer. Excellent séjour à renouveler.

It was a peasant holiday in this apartment. Heat is not a great problem. We were three and I think maximum 4 people is ok, more people would be too much. Only one toilette. - Outsandting is the infrastructure of the apartment. We found everything we needed. And this all was in good condition. About 0,3 km to the harbour and the beach, about 1,4 km to the center of the city (market place). Other descriptions are wrong. Silent neigbours and pleasant veranda behind the house. Lausy only: At the end the landlord wanted us to clean the apartment. Since we were there for 2 weeks we refused and the landlord accepted. This should be cleared beforehand in the future.

Ma meilleure expérience sur Home Away.

J'ai eu un vrai coup de cœur pour cette maison à la réservation et je dois dire que je n'ai pas été déçue. La maison a un charme fou et la rénovation a été faite avec goût sans perdre de vue la fonctionnalité. En fin d'impasse, la tranquillité est au rendez vous et pourtant tous les commerces sont à deux pas. (quartier de l'Aiguillon) Au delà de ça tout l'équipement nécessaire est là. Les livres et les vélos, entres autres, mis à disposition montrent bien l'envie du propriétaire que l'on se sente comme chez nous. Le seul petit bémol, la difficulté à ouvrir et fermer la baie vitrée du salon et la porte d'entrée qui semblent pourtant très récentes. Je pense qu'il s'agit juste d'un réglage du fabriquant. Quoi qu'il en soit, vous ne serez pas déçu si vous réservez ce logement !

Petite maison bien rénovée avec agréable terrasse. Cuisine très bien équipée. Impasse très calme. Bien située entre l'aiguillon et le centre ville c'est plutôt sympa. La 2e salle d'eau à l'etage est vraiment petite et c'est dommage qu'il faille descendre les escaliers un peu pentus pour aller aux WC surtout pour des personnes qui ont qq difficultés de mobilité. Aussi faire confiance en les vacanciers pour le ménage n'est peut être pas super à terme pour un bon entretien de la maison car il doit être souvent fait de manière superficiel.... Mais globalement c'est positif bien sûr!!
