Maison mignonne et vraiment très bien placée. Vraiment un beau potentiel gâché par un manque évident d'investissement, meme de faible importance

Maison de ville pas propre du tout malgré notre réclamation auprès du propriétaire et de l’agence interhome qui était d’accord avec nous ce propriétaire n’a pas la même notion que nous pour ce qui est de la propreté Le frigidaire est pour 2/3 personnes maxi mais pas du tout pour une famille de 4 à 6 personnes La table et les chaises de la terrasse griffent et se désintègre les enfants se sont égratignés La porte d’accès très difficile à ouvrir Pour la télé il faut beaucoup de patience pour suivre un fil ou un reportage il faut passer par des applications et le débit est très faible Le prix n’est pas du tout en adéquation par rapport à ce qui est annoncé beaucoup trop cher Pour le parking votre voiture est garée devant la baie vitré du salon La salle de bain est vieillotte La douche se bouche rapidement On ne reviendra jamais En espérant que notre avis sera publié

Nous avons d'abord choisi cette maison pour sa situation géographique (proche de la plage, des commerces et de la gare, car nous sommes venus en transports en communs). L'agencement de la maison est idéal et la cour n'a aucun vis-à-vis. Non précisé dans l'annonce, mais il y a 2 WC (1 séparé, et un autre dans la salle d'eau). Seuls petits regrets : - une des chambres est un peu petite ; - le réfrigérateur, normalement pour 6, est petit également. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour !
