L’appartement Ă©tait sale. Et l’aspirateur plus en Ă©tat d’aspirer quoi que ce soit.. Les photos sont vendeuses mais ne correspondent pas Ă  la rĂ©alitĂ©.. Le confort est sommaire, la vue sur le Bassin trĂšs rĂ©duite.. TrĂšs dĂ©cevant !

MalgrĂ© un emplacement intĂ©ressant proche du centre et sur la plage et un logement relativement agrĂ©able, nous restons déçu par notre arrivĂ©e dans ce logement qui Ă©tait sale (alaise trĂšs sale, micro onde dĂ©goĂ»tant, placard intĂ©rieur sale, coulures sur la porte du frigo, aspirateur dans un Ă©tat qui ne peut pas nettoyĂ© !!!,.....). De plus je pense qu'il faudrait que le propriĂ©taire investisse dans des radiateurs plus efficaces (obligĂ© de les mettre Ă  fond pour ĂȘtre bien).

L'appartement est clair et spacieux, bien situĂ© dans une rĂ©sidence calme et bien tenue. Le balcon est orientĂ© ouest. Quelques commerçants Ă  5mn Ă  pied et le centre ville Ă  15 mn Ă  pied. Bus 1, arrĂȘt Eglise Notre Dame et navette A Ă  5mn Ă  pied

Mis Ă  part le couchage qui pourrait ĂȘtre plus confortable, la rĂ©sidence est bien situĂ©e, le logement propre et la vue sur le bassin presque parfaite... couchĂ© de soleil derriĂšre un magnifique pin qui oblige Ă  aller sur la plage pour en profiter, c'est dur quand elle est Ă  20 mĂštres ! Je recommande ce logement et tout le secteur. Merci.
