ARCACHON – LE MOULLEAU – SEMI-DETACHED HOUSE 150 M FROM THE BEACH
Located in the main shopping avenue of the lively Moulleau district, this terraced house of approximately 61 m² offers 2 bedrooms, a garden and a parking space.
Entrance is through the living room, facing north, equipped with a corner sofa, a television and Internet/WIFI access. The dining room, also facing north, welcomes you warmly. The recently renovated bathroom is accompanied by a separate toilet. The hallway leads to the two south-facing bedrooms: one with a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm bed, and another with a 140 cm bed. The separate, fully equipped kitchen gives access to the outside at the back of the room. Villa.
The garden, equipped with furniture (garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol, etc.), offers a pleasant relaxation area. It is possible to park a vehicle safely within the property. The surrounding shops (bakery, pastry shop, grocery store, cafes/restaurants, bookstore, tobacco shop, etc.) are easily accessible on foot. A shed is also available to store your bikes and beach accessories. This very popular district is particularly lively during the summer season.
Please note that the accommodation floor is not included in the rental. The entrance is shared with the terraced villa on the left, and there is no physical separation of the gardens.
