The area is excellent. When I paid, I did not see whether breakfast was paid. So, I emailed the property twice, but there was no reply. I ended up that I should pay for it. The communication in advance would be helpful. Anything else is excellent; I am glad to get a welcome drink of a bottle of champagne.

Great place to stay.

Many accommodations in the city center were low rated, overpriced, and some didn’t seem to exist. This was by far the best priced for a place of quality. It is a legit hotel with great service, clean rooms, and a great location in the quieter parts of Venice away from the loud tourism with great food nearby as well as easy access water transportation. The breakfast is worth it as well, it is a huge buffet and is actually open for most of the morning compared to most hotels that stop serving around 8am. This one was open from 7:30-10:30! 12pm checkout is also one of the nicest checkout times for a hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I would stay here again if I come back to Venice without a doubt.

Everything about the hotel was impressive. Both entrances, the interior and furnishings, the room and especially the staff. We were treated like royalty and indeed we were in a palace.

Staff were great. Hotel was spotless, breakfast was fantastic. Could not fault anything. 10/10
