"The house was perfect! There were several wonderful amenities not listed on the listing in the website including heated floors throughout and a private hot tube and sauna. For the coldest weekend of the season, those amenities were appreciated. The house was very clean and was well stocked with the essentials. We can’t wait to come back!"

"I got to Cabin 9 around 9pm after a long drive on icy roads on a 15 degree evening. When I opened the door to the cabin I was surprised to find it freezing cold inside, but I followed the directions to turn on the single small wall-mounted heater. My family and I spent about an hour in our coats in the sauna waiting for warm air to happen, and repeatedly reaching out to property management. The warm air never happened. And the toilet failed to refill. After that hour, property management let us into nearby Cabin 7, which had a toilet that functioned and whose single heater did make warm air. Given how could it was inside the cabin when we entered it still took several hours to get the bedroom up to the mid 60s. On top of everything else, there was a strong smell in the cabin. We left as early as possible the next morning. If it hadn't been so late and the location not so remote and the roads not so icy, we would have driven elsewhere. "

"Excellent place to stay with my five teenage kids. Many fun games to play and hot tub is a must for them. This is the first place we've rented with a sauna and it was also nice on a very cold, windy night. The heated floors were also nice. Only things I would change about the place are add a bathroom in the lower level and leave a book with instructions for renters. I also did not realize from the VRBO listing that the place had a bedroom with three beds in the lower level, that was a very pleasant surprise. "

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good Morning Arcadia is a sweet little cottage in the perfect location to enjoy short beach walks, relaxing, and stunning sunsets. There are also plenty of good trails nearby for hiking. It is generally quite and private, although this year ATVs marred the quite a few times. What you get in location, you sacrifice in aesthetics of the cottage. It is old and run down and, unfortunately, a little dirty. The kitchen is not stocked adequately so visitors might want to bring their own pots and pans for cooking. The surface of non-stick pans are flaking off and will get in the food you cook and eat. Wi-Fi is spotty. We could not get the television to work, which was okay because it was good to escape TV for a while!"
