"The shower was the worst part no pressure water at all wifi was cutting on and off all the time the tv took about an hour to sort itself out the bathrooms floor was grim I had to take a shower with my flip flops. "Yann went out of his way to accomodate us, and make us feel welcome. There was a issue with the number of people but he provided an extra room so that we could all be comfortable. The rooms were nice and comfortable. Travelling with small kids can be challenging, but it's easier with hosts like Yann. "We were travelling on a road trip between Normandie and Bretagne and found this little Precious gem in the middle of Pontorson. Located 5 minutes walk from the train and bus station, the room was decorated with great care and was super comfortable and clean. "This is a perfect place to stay for your visit to Mont St Michel. It is the closest hotel to Mont St Michel (about a mile walk) not on the island. Some of it's room and it's restaurant has views of Mont St Michel. Our room was updated and comfortable. It was great to eat breakfast each morning with the view and easy to walk or pick up the shuttle to take us to the island"

We did not receive the code beforehand and had to call, but perhaps the miscommunication was due to booking through Expedia site. Not a big deal but my wife had a borderline breakdown because of it.
