The apartment 'La Rosa' is located in the north-east side of the Transparent House, it has a classic style with furniture from the early nineteenth century.
It consists of a large living area, a sitting area, a dining area, and a very modern kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher.
Available to guests: swimming pool, park, terrace and sports games such as ping-pong, five-a-side football, pulley, trampoline, swings etc. The park has large trees which provide shade and coolness. The swimming pool is mt. 10 x 5; next to it, a wooden house welcomes games for the swimming pool that guests can use. An outdoor shower with hot or cold water is near the swimming pool. There are spaces furnished with tables, chairs and deckchairs, as well as a sandpit, full of games, for children

Excellent séjour

Accueil très soigné et chaleureux des propriétaires dans ce lieu magnifique et formidablement aménagé pour les petits et les grands. Le couple qui nous a accueillis s’est montré généreux ( figues , tomates, soirée glaces) et surtout cordial. Nous nous sentions comme chez des amis. Piero m’a aidée avec beaucoup de bienveillance à trouver un train pour Venise et ses conseils étaient précieux. Appartement confortable et parfaitement équipé. Les enfants ont trouvé le lieu paradisiaque. Plein de souvenirs merveilleux.Region extraordinaire

Sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung war echt groß und wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles da was man brauch Töpfe, Pfannen, Gläser, Tassen, Besteck... und noch viel mehr. GLAUBT MIR ICH WAR SCHON IN ITALIEN IN WOHNUNGEN WO NICHT MAL EIN WEINGLAS VORHANDEN WAR Sogar waschmaschine und geschirrspüler war vorhanden.. TOP! Die Gastgeber Maria und Piero waren mega freundlich. Haben sogar die poolzeiten geändert. Beide sind stets da, geben Tipps und haben uns mit tomaten, Feigen und jede menge leckere weintrauben beschenkt. Piero war sogar mal unser Pizzaservice. Vielen Dank für ALLES! gerne kommen wir wieder, wenn wir in der gegend urlaub machen. Ganz liebe grüße aus Bayern. Manuela und Armin

un havre de paix

Nous avons passé d'agréables vacances dans la casa transparente. Les hôtes sont accueillants, disponibles et chaleureux. Le gite est très propre et parfaitement équipé. Les enfants s'y sentent tellement bien qu'il est difficile de les convaincre de partir en visite. L'emplacement est idéal pour découvrir l'architecture italienne. Vicence est une très jolie ville et les trajets vers les autres villes sont facilités par la proximité de l'autoroute et de la gare (15 minutes en voiture). Je conseille vivement ce gite aux familles qui souhaitent satisfaire petits et grands.

La location était fidèle à la description: accueil charmant, logement moderne et très bien équipé, équipements extérieurs idéals pour les enfants (cabane en bois, piscine, bac à sable, grands espaces sécurisés...le paradis! renseignements touristiques fournis à l'arrivée, grande disponibilité des hôtes, super souvenir!

Un bel endroit...

Une location qui présente de nombreux avantages... une situation idéale pour découvrir la Venetie, des appartements très bien équipés, une picine très propre et un grand jardin qui fait le bonheur des enfants : chaque arbre a sa balançoire, de nombreux jeux en bois fabriqués par le propriétaire sont livrés au fur et a mesure des jours qui passent, un calme absolu.... A tout celà se rajoute la disponibilité et la gentillesse des propriétaires qui donnent de nombreux renseignements pour optimiser les visites. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine chez des gens charmants !
