Balmacara Hotel
"Initially annoyed at check-in when the rooms that I paid for were not provided. Booked two Standard Twin rooms, and got two Queen rooms. They were able to separate the beds in one room, but not the other. I was told by the front desk that I would have needed to contact the hotel in advance if I wanted ..."

Railway Cottage. Stromeferry
"It was a really quirky, fun and unique property, and communicating with the host was great. The bed was comfortable, but missing the top sheet. The electrical is weird; the clothes dryer kicked out frequently. Largest complaint with this rental was cleanliness, which was subpar."
