"To whom it may concern My room was in third floor with no lift as it wasn't working with my arthritis and waiting on knee replacement is not good no hot tub in use was also sauna also switched off dirty towel left on bathroom from the previous guest 😡😞 my meal meal was slammed down 2 me as if staff ..."

We had a great time in the house, and swimming, paddleboarding and walking from the house.Appreciated help/advice from Angela beforehand, and quick responses to questions whilst we were there.
