For $150 a night, the room lacked kitchen utensils and a large trash can. The microwave oven was small and outdated, and the TV wasn't a Smart TV and had limited functionality with remote buttons that barely worked. Additionally, there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Considering the amount spent, the accommodations were not worth it. However, the breakfast options were exceptional.

We keep all pots, pans, and utensils at the Front Desk for our guests to use. We also apologize for the microwave and the limited functionality of the TV. We will take your feedback into consideration for future upgrades and renovations.Regarding the bathroom, we provide an exhaust fan in all of our rooms. We will ensure that all bathroom exhaust fans are in good working order. They are designed to be silent. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed our breakfast options, and we hope that you will consider staying with us again in the future. We will do our best to provide you with an even better experience.

The gentlemen at the front end, always had a smile, very polite, and very approachable. The property was cleen, well lit, and felt safe. The breakfast was hot and fresh, "no shriveled sausage links". If I had to knit pick something, I wish the elevator was faster, but that's about it. Over all good stay. We will stay there again next time we are staying in Ardmore.

I booked this hotel because of the good reviews, but was less than impressed when we got to our room. The halls and bathroom smelled like sewer gas and our room was musty, the shower curtain had several hairs stuck to it and there was pink residue under the shower faucet (caused by bacteria). We were missing shampoo and the towels were stained. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast. Overall would not book here again.

Staff was extremely nice! Breakfast was good! The only thing was me & my friend slept in separate beds but something bit both of us, not saying there were bed bugs but was bit by something!

This was a new property, and the pool area was nice. (This was the only pool that was in full operation in our 4 hotel stays this trip... which made my son happy!) Room was spacious and clean. The breakfast provided was well stocked and well done. Food was good. Staff was attentive and kept the area clean. Overall, nice stay!
