Pretty property. Room was comfortable, clean, bright. Host, Moira is a gem. Friendly, gracious. Would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic host, great room, decent location. 10 minute walk to the train or to restaurants, 20 minutes walk to the ferry a convenience store is quite close by. Walking to/from the town center via the castle was nice. Look for the back way via the small footbridge over the tracks as a shortcut to town and a quieter walk.

Would definitely recommend!!
It was a bittersweet trip because we were travelling for my dear brothers funeral. Moira made us feel so welcome and the accommodation was definitely second to none. Would not hesitate to book this accommodation again. Thank you Moira!!

This well-located property is near the major CalMac ferry dock and is managed in a most efficient way. Clean, covid-compliant, and comfortable with friendly staff. I would stay again!

Never again!!
Given the wrong room (2 single beds) and had the pleasure of paying £20 for another room with correct double bed (now NOT reasonable) breakfast bag was absolutely diabolical, yoghurt bar, 1 babyel cheese, carton of juice, small pack of raisins, banana, porridge but NO milk, probably 1 of the hottest days of the year and was told Asda might have a fan. Can’t fault cleanliness and parking.

Best value & super Moira!
Great Bed & Breakfast House. Lovely Moira gave us a great welcome & covered all info we needed on arrival. Really big bedroom with a full facility private bathroom, large soft bath towels & all the toiletries you would need. Comfy kingsize bed in a large spacious room. Everything super clean. This B&B is the best value for money you will find anywhere. We were in the area for a wedding so it was a late night! Moira allowed us to stay on in our room until mid afternoon, this was truly appreciated. Thanks.

Very warm welcome on arrival at Edenmore. Room lovely and had the use of lounge and kitchen which was well equipped. Only stayed one night but wished we had been there longer.

Good stay
Easy to find on the 'High Road'. 20min walk from ferry and 5min drive. Ample off street parking and we stayed in a massive room with ensuite. Cooked breakfast by the host was filling enough, and plenty of cold items. An excellent choice of room if you're on the early ferry.

Cosy spot for a stopover.
This was a lovely Guesthouse. We received a free room upgrade on arrival which was much appreciated. There isn't a lot to do in the area but it is perfect for those wanting to visit Arran. Moira, the host, is so welcoming and friendly. The rooms are warm, clean and comfy and the breakfast was just right.

Lovely stay
Stayed prior to a trip over to Isle of Arran. Nice room with a lovely bathroom, slept like a log. Great breakfast - plenty of options and very accommodating host. Would definitely stay again if up in the area.

A Bad Start to our Holiday
On arrival we were told that breakfast started at 07:30, but having informed the owner that we needed to be away by then to catch our ferry, we were told if we wanted to have a breakfast, we could help ourselves to make our own breakfast. Then onto the bedroom. Because the T.V. in our room didn't work properly, we were given another room. We were expecting a double bed, we got two singles pushed together. One of the headboards was broken, and one of the beds was so noisy, it kept me awake all night, not to mention the door not fitting the door frame, which let so much light into the room, we never slept. Not a great start to our long awaited Holiday.
