Bianca y Fabian en recepción hicieron hasta lo imposible por solucionar todas nuestras necesidades y darnos la mejor bienvenida. Julian nos recibió a la entrada y nos dio la bienvenida ayudándonos con las maletas. Eidiar y Francisco nos atendieron en el restaurante donde desayunamos delicioso. Finalmente...

"Great place in front of El Malecón. Breakfast is great, hotel is nice and clean. The restaurant (sea food) in front of the hotel is also recommended by locals. One thing to improve is shuttle from the Light Train (tren maya) to the hotel. "
