Front desk staff was excellent from check in to checkout. They were always helpful and kind. The hotel room was a standard room. Very clean. But it was pretty warm- we kept the AC as low as possible and it wasn’t cold by any means. Gym had the essentials but was actually nice and cold. Cafe was often empty- difficult to locate staff so only ate there once. Location was good, about 10-15 minute, flat walk to main part of the city with more restaurants/shopping/site seeing. But really close to the Thursday market, which was nice. Underground parking was convenient, affordable and safe (best to have a small car- for the entire area). Overall, good experience here.

We were staying as we were going to a concert at the Murcia Bullring. It was only a 10 minute walk which was very handy. It was also easily walkable into Murcia Centre. Hotel was very nice, clean and friendly and helpful staff. Would stay again.

We were only there for one night, to go to a concert, so can't really comment on what the hotel has to offer, but our room was big and very comfortable, the staff we met were all friendly and helpful, and reasonably priced

We have informed the reception about the flows of the room but seemed not caring at all. The bathroom walls were dirty you could see it immediately ,the waste tin was no working at all ,you need to use a paper to open it by hand , the lights were not sufficient , the room was next to the main road there was continous noise in the room , but they kindly give us a kettle and glasses while I was hoping them to find in the room with couple tea or coffee to use .The breakfast area was nice and airy .

Start with the good things, the A/C in the room was amazing kept us cool in the hot conditions. As well as this they provided toothbrushes and paste which was a nice extra. The WiFi was very good. That's about everything that I can say good about the hotel. The bad things, the cleaners are very noisy in the mornings and woke us up several times, in addition to this we requested that the bed sheets be changed and they weren't which was evident in the stain on the bedding. There was no provision of kettle or anything to accommodate ourselves, and was highly inconvenient as my poor girlfriend had a crippling stomach ache. In the bathroom there was a weird mark in the toilet that was there for the entirety of our stay and there was also mould around the bath, the stairs were very dingy and dark. It's an okay hotel if you are just going there to stay for the night and that's it

We booked this hotel for its amenities, however, the Sauna, Hot tub and Spa was closed, which was a disappointment. Expectations weren't set properly. The staff was great and very helpful. The breakfast was also great, however, make sure you get to breakfast early, or there is a chance that things run out. The location is very good.
