Smart hotel eith good appearance.
Hotel accommodation very good. A little out of the way from the central part of Murcia. Comfotable and clean. Check in was very quick. Good price for a hotel with good facilities.

Ticks all the boxes and had a great stay. Perfect for a business trip of a few days but rooms starting to be a little dated. Otherwise very happy and would stay again.

This property is not where you want to stay if you want a nice holiday and/or be near the sights of murcia. The common spaces are fine, but the rooms are old and dirty.

This hotel is really good for the price. This is a city centre hotel so don’t be expecting touristy areas close by. The staff here were fantastic. Room cleaned everyday. Couldn’t fault the staff at all. My only negative points were that there was no hot drink facilities in the room. This May be an English thing, I don’t know but a kettle and some tea and coffee would have bumped it up a notch. Also, Expedia mentions that the hotel can organise a transfer from the airport. I attempted to contact the hotel on 2 occasions prior to our visit (at least 5 days in advance) and did t get any reply. It doesn’t appear that anyone from the hotel monitors these messages. Luckily we managed to grab a cab when we landed. Will stay here again if we are visiting the festival again in future years.

Booked for 7 nights during a visit to Murcia, hotel main areas are quite nice, however rooms are a bit tired and in need of an update. It’s about 20 minutes walk to old town and main shopping district. It’s a bit difficult to access car parking when you first arrive as it’s on a roundabout and not clear where you enter. Overall not a bad choice and good value for money.
