Angel is an amazing host! This is a very cute apartment ,you can hear the waves are right out the bedroom window it was nice waking up to them. Located in a quiet area. Arecibo is a sweet town very authentic. Theres a nice sandy beach within walking distance and not crowded at all. Puerto Rico is beautiful.I would rent this apartment again . Thank you Angel!

Little gem to rest after a busy day exploring the town and enjoying the beach. Stunning view from the back terrace. Seems like the small pool in the area it’s being repaired but we did not have expectations of using it. The owner responds very fast, he was flexible with our requests and him and his staff are very polite. Thanks Angel!

Recommended.

Angel worked us in on a same-day booking and met with us at 9:00pm for check and was truly a holiday life-saver (thanks to a different VRBO booking never responding on check in). Nice amenities and right next to ocean (more surfing spot rather than swimming, but pool was nice as well). With more times notice and some updates, this place could easily be 5 star. Again, super thanks to Angel for the last-minute accomodations.

Pool isnt functional although I don’t believe they listed one. No ice trays! Fridge is small. Bring your own cooler.

The stay in itself was good. Just be on your guard. Put the key inside of the house at the end of the night instead of leaving it in a lockbox.In the morning put it back in the lockbox.This way it's inside of the property and can't accuse you of losing it outside. They tried to accuse me of losing a key in one sentence they said they looked all over the place, they second sentence was please find it or we can't get in. There are scammers banking on you being tired so you have to be careful and know what you're doing at all times.

We did not stay at the property. The door lock was damaged and could be opened easily. The bed was dirty, with stains on the sheets and pillows. The pool did not exist—it had no water and was extremely dirty. You should verify the properties listed on your platform, as situations like this damage your reputation.

While we appreciated the last minute booking after a different reservation was cancelled at the last minute, the casita was disappointing. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The ocean waves crash at the base of the house. Unfortunately the road was even closer. There was noisy traffic all night long. It felt as though we would awake with a car crashed into the house. I asked for the wifi password three times and never got it. The house has a microwave but no hotplate, stove or kettle despite having a frying pan and a bialetti. No mugs to make a hot drink. One bathroom had no light and smelled of sewage. The empty pool in front has not been functional in a long time and doesnt look like it will be anytime soon. Overall the value compared to the cost is very low.

La vista posterior espectacular. El lugar no tiene letrero que indique el lugar. El apartamento sucio y con olor a humedad. Las sabanas de la cama con manchas y pelusas, la perilla de la ducha rota, el baño con los accesorios oxidados, el inodoro votando agua, la puerta de atrás tascada y con mucha dificultad para abrir. La piscina vacía, sucia con escoba adentro. Basura en los alrededores. Honestamente una total decepción.

Primero no era justo lo que estaba en la foto, la persona encargada no fue nada amable, eran las 6 y aun no me enviaba la clave, cuando lo hace no habia llave me dio el apartamento del lado, fatal.... a la media noche comenzaron a tocar la puerta pq el habia alquilado a otra persona, fue de muy mal agrado, el Sr. Fue malcriado. No lo recomiendo para nada el area q tenia una pisina estaba sucia, deck roto y desordenado, zapatos tirados y no tenia la estufa electrica q aparece en la foto y las especificaciones. Horrible
