The hotel is beautiful and well appointed. It is located in the heart of the business district. I thought that my reservations included a free breakfast, however they did not give me the required voucher for the connected restaurant. Our stay unfortunately closed in an off-putting note. Before booking I had asked about parking and was told there was discounted parking nearby. At check-in I was given directions to said parking lot. When leaving the lot, I was charged full price for my 2 day stay. When I complained, the hotel concierge asked if I had had my parking ticket validated! There was no mention that this needed to be done. I am still waiting for the hotel manager, whom I called since he was not on site at the time, to call me back.

The location is great. The room was clean and quiet. The WiFi was not so great and didn’t work well and would shut off. The spa really is just a steam room.
