"Very poorly maintained hotel. General smell of mildew. Cleanliness in public areas was awful. No attention to detail such as refinishing the bathroom wall where a plumbing connection had been changed. I had a completely broken closet door in my room and a constantly leaking hair conditioner dispenser ..."

Such a disappointment
"This hotel has a wonderful location, just past Jose Ignacio. Unfortunately it is now rundown and unkempt. The grounds, which were lovely when the hotel first opened, are now a disaster. Doubt they have seen a gardener all summer. There were big black ants traveling up the walls outside our room. ..."
