About this property

40 meters from the beach, windows on the Arcachon "basin"

  • Beautiful villa from the 80s, completely renovated, on the edge of the Arcachon basin (towards Cap Ferret).
    Facing south, you will appreciate the proximity to the beach and the tranquility of the place.
    On the ground floor: the day part consists of a kitchen, a large glazed living room with fireplace, a covered terrace with bbq, a shower room / wc, a garage.
    Upstairs, the sleeping area offers 4 bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet, a terrace.
    Enclosed garden (+/- 750 m2) + garden shed.

    The region is very well equipped with cycle paths (all along the ocean and the basin). Bikes available.
