La disponibilité et gentillesse du service conciergerie et surtout Stéphanie la coordinatrice qui a tout fait pour satisfaire mes demandes. Manque sèche linge et fer à repasser. Et je souhaite ne plus figurer dans votre fichier client pour la bonne raison que je ne veux plus faire de réservation par des plateformes pour des locations.
