Housse of Bassin d'Arcachon near the beach and shops - Arès - 8 people

Air-conditioned house located on the Arcachon basin in Arès, 2 km from Lege Cap Ferret, 750 m from the oyster port of Arès (10 min on foot), 600 m from the center (7 min on foot).
The house is 82 m², air-conditioned with 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed 140x200 and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds: 4 beds (90x200). It is located on the land of the owners (not overlooked).
Please note: the 2 upper beds are intended for children aged 6 or over.
Possibility of loan of a cot, a high chair.
Ideal for 2 families (8 beds).
If there is a young child, the accommodation can accommodate 9 people (with the travel cot, available on site).
1 bathroom with 1 shower, 1 bathtub and a washbasin (double washbasin).
24 m² terrace (with outdoor table and chairs, parasol and charcoal BBQ).

Cleaning is included in the price.

Sheets are offered at an additional cost of 15 euros per double sheet (fitted sheet, sheet and pillowcase) and 10 euros per single sheet (fitted sheet, sheet and pillowcase) for the stay.

We do not provide bathroom linen, we provide hand and dish towels as well as bath mats.

If you have an electric car, it will be possible to charge from a conventional socket (we will charge at the cost price of electricity).

superbe logement bien placé

L`hôte est très sympathique. Il prend le temps d'accueillier les vacanciers et donne des indications sur les choses à faire et à voir dans la région. La maison est agréable et très bien équipée. Il y même des jeux de sociétés pour les plus petits. Le logement n'est pas loin des commerces et est au calme. A recommander.

Wunderbare Ferien

Unseren Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus von Fannie und Nicolas haben wir sehr genossen. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sehr sauber, hat eine angenehme Grõsse und ist ausserdem sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage nicht weit vom Ortszentrum von Arès und vom Bassin d‘Arcachon sowie von Stränden und dem Cap Ferret ist wunderbar für erlebnisreiche und erholsame Ferien. Die Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft von Fannie und Nicolas war sehr angenehm. Gerne empfehlen wir dieses Haus weiter! Wir werden wiederkommen!

Excellente adresse pour de bonnes vacances

Fannie et Nicolas ont à cœur l'accueil et le confort de leurs locataires car ils souhaitent que leur séjour se passe au mieux. Ils ont été de bon conseil sur la région et les activités aux alentours qui offrent de nombreuses promenades. Leur maison est très confortable, bien agencée et décorée avec goût et le centre-ville est accessible à pieds. Nous étions avec nos petits-enfants qui ont bien apprécié le jardin ainsi que les jeux et les livres qui étaient à leur disposition dans la maison. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances et remercions Fannie, Nicolas et leurs enfants pour leur accueil qui y a fortement contribué.

Séjour tranquille

Idéalement bien placé pour aller au centre ville, à 20 minutes de vélo de la "piscine d'eau de mer", à 10 minutes de vélo du port ostréicole. Nous recherchions le calme et le confort pour notre séjour et dans cette maison tout y est. Les propriétaires sont au petit soin, d'une extrême disponibilité et très prévenants. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette adresse.

LIEU DE VILLEGIATURE TRES AGREABLE

Maison moderne agencée avec goût au calme où il fait bon vivre. Très bien située, proche du centre ville et des plages pour de belles balades. Formidable... à conseiller

Magnifique maison, très bien équipée aussi bien en technologie qu'en matériel, excellent accueil et communication optimale avec les propriétaires.Ils sont aux petits soins pour leurs locataires Proche de toutes les commodités aussi bien dans le bassin que dans Ares. Pour les propriétaires d'animaux comme nous, tout est rendez vous pour que eux aussi passent un excellent séjour (balade, climatisation,.espace extérieur...) Nous conseillons vivement..

Petite maison tout confort proche des plages, du cap et de la piste cyclable.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est très bien équipée, très fonctionnelle avec une deco soignée. L’emplacement est idéal pour rayonner en vélo ou voiture vers le cap et les plages océanes . Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles. Une maison qui est tenue très propre, ainsi que les extérieur, une super terrasse pour se prélasser, il y a tout le nécessaire pour passer d'excellent vacances, Nicolas est gentil et quelqu'un de vraiment serviable s'inquiète toujours de votre bien ètre. Merci à lui et à femme pour les infos sur le bassin et pour les 2 semaines que nous avons passé à la location, nous reviendrons

Semaine en famille

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine sur Ares notamment grâce aussi à la super maison de Fannie et Nicolas, les propriétaires des lieux. Maison très bien équipée, très bonne literie, cour privative bien fermée ou les enfants peuvent jouer en toute sécurité. Les propriétaires sont agréables et accueillants. Nous étions 4 adultes et 3 enfants. Je recommande vivement cette location. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés!

Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!

Fannie und Nicolas sind Gastgeber wie aus dem Bilderbuch. Super freundlich, gut erreichbar und extrem, über das normale Maß hinausgehend, hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns, trotz Sprachbarrieren, sofort willkommen gefühlt. Das Haus ist sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wissenswert: man teilt sich das gleiche Grundstück mit den beiden Gastgebern. Für uns absolut kein Thema, da wir trotzdem ungestört waren und zudem unsere Jungs sofort eingeladen wurden die vorhandene Infrastruktur (z.B. eine tolle Schaukel) mitzubenutzen. Falls es irgendwie klappt kommen wir sehr gerne irgendwann wieder!

Excellente location, à recommander les yeux fermés!

Très belle maison en location dans la propriété des propriétaires mais avec intimité, bien située dans un village avec tous les commerces nécessaires, avec accessibilité à pied au village, au bassin et au port ostréicole. Maison toute neuve, très propre, très très bien équipée, même pour les enfants avec tout le nécessaire, y compris des jeux et livres! Propriétaires très accueillants et agréables qui ont tout fait pour rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible. Nous y avons séjourné à 2 adultes et un bébé mais la maison est idéale pour 2 couples et 4 enfants. Nous la conseillerons à nos amis!

Un super séjour dans cette très belle maison!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Arès dans cette superbe maison! Rien ne manquait, la maison était décorée avec beaucoup de goût et était très propre. Les propriétaires étaient charmants: merci à eux pour leur accueil et pour leur conseils pour passer la semaine dans cette belle région (et merci pour la découverte de ce bon vin!). Nous recommandons vivement cette maison qui est encore plus belle en vrai qu'en photo!

Location idéale en tous points

Situation idéale, en retrait de la route, proche du centre ville et des commerces, accessibles à pied en 5 min. Maison neuve, très propre, très bien équipée, honnêtement, il ne manque rien. La climatisation est un plus non négligeable à certaines périodes. Le propriétaire est toujours à l'écoute et fait tout son possible pour vous rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible. Les premières plages de l'océan sont accessibles en quelques minutes en voiture. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine et reviendrons avec un grand plaisir au même endroit.

Belle maison parfaitement équipée.. rien ne manque. Agréable terrasse ..
