This spectacular villa features direct private access to the beach via a dedicated staircase and unbeatable views of the Ares estuary. Thanks to its secluded location, the beach remains virtually private, ensuring both privacy and safety.



Experience pure Galicia: fresh air, barefoot walks on the sand with the kids, building sandcastles, collecting shells, sun and sea—all in a truly idyllic setting.



By day, enjoy the serenity of nature. By night, choose between a peaceful dinner by the sea, a restful night’s sleep, or a short trip to Cabanas.



The villa offers 400 m² of spacious, light-filled, elegantly equipped living space. The private 2,000 m² garden is perfect for children and family gatherings. The property accommodates up to 13 guests and grants exclusive access to El Tostadero beach, one of the area’s most special spots.



El Tostadero beach, nestled between Ares and Seselle, faces south, enjoys sun all day, and is sheltered from the wind—ideal for families with children.



The location is excellent, just a five-minute walk from the fishing village of Ares, where you’ll find supermarkets, a pharmacy, medical center, banks, marina, yacht club, promenade, playground, cafés, and restaurants.



The area offers plenty of activities: swimming, kayaking, sailing, surfing, windsurfing, fishing, diving, hiking, and cycling.
