The home features a bright living and dining area with a double sofa bed, an open-plan kitchen equipped with all essentials, and a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and a children's cot. A private terrace invites outdoor dining and sunset views, while the deckchairs by the pool offer a perfect spot to unwind. Families will appreciate the high chair for little ones, and best of all, your furry companions (up to 2 pets) can join in the holiday fun at no extra cost.

Located just 10 km from Arezzo’s historic town center, the home also places you within reach of Rapolano Terme, Siena, Perugia, and Florence, ideal for day trips full of culture, food, and wine. The train station is only 15 km away, making the location accessible even without a car.
