  • Beautiful small independent house situated in quiet and panoramic location on the hills surrounding Arezzo with extensive views over the surrounding landscape and Arezzo in the distance. This property has been recently restored and offers welcoming, tastefully furnished and romantic interiors. Outside, guests can enjoy use of a well-groomed garden with nice swimming-pool and tennis court.
    The property owners live approx. 10 meters away.
    Distances: Antria with groceries 2 km away, Arezzo with general stores and railway station 12 km away, the charming town of Cortona 40 km away, Florence 70 km, Rome 150 km away.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at the village of Stefano. Very impressive views on the Tuscany surroundings and Stefano was a great host even cooking us his spaghetti on the first night. Pool and tennis coort are great fun. House is cosy and good for two people. Bed was good and certainly not too hard

Host Stefano really wonderful - his hospitality was fabulous, including two home cooked dinners during our stay. The grounds and particularly the pool were really beautiful with lovely views. The accommodation was reasonable, however, the bedding, including sheets and mattress as well as towels was really poor. The kitchen facilities were OK, but no coffee machine nor microwave. Outside furniture very tired as well. Main airconditioning unit wasn't working and bedroom one needed repair when we arrived. Care and attention to facilities would make a big difference as location and host amazing.

The house is beautiful and the views were amazing. The owner is very friendly and made life there very comfortable. The directions are a little poor to get there, so try to get the actual address for your GPS before venturing up the hill.
