Property Villa Guadagni Cappelli is a lovely property (500 sq m) that includes WiFi internet and private pool. The property can accommodate up to 11 people comfortably in six bedrooms with three bathrooms. Conveniently located in the centre of Giovi-ponte Alla Chiassa, Italy in the tourist area "Arezzo And Surroundings" and only 11 km (7 mi) from Arezzo. If you enjoy a round of golf while on holiday, then you will be happy to know there is a golf course nearby.

The owner lives on the last floor of the property, but he has his own private entrance to the apartment and external spaces. He won’t use the swimming pool either.
He is in charge of the maintenance of the Villa, but he will leave you all the privacy you need and won’t disturb.
